Shipping

All orders placed before 2pm are shipped the same day to ensure you get your order as soon as possible. 

Delivery Charges

Northern Ireland:  Carriage Paid level is £250, if order value is lower, delivery charge is £5.95

Southern Ireland:  Carriage Paid level is €250, if order value is lower, delivery charge is €7.95

UK Mainland:  Carriage Paid level is £250, if order value is lower, delivery charge is £21.50 for next day, and £12.50 for 2 day.

Trade Collection Point

Any orders placed by account customers can be collected from our Trade Collection Point if stated.   

Orders can be collected between:

07:00 - 16:00 - Monday - Friday

Returns

We expect our products and service to meet your expectations and we will take necessary steps to ensure this.  If a product needs to be returned to us, it MUST be in resaleable condition and a Goods Return Form (click on this link) MUST be completed within 30 days from date of invoice.  A handling charge of 30% may be applicable.  No special-order items or non-standard parts will be accepted for return or credit.
